PaymentThe fees for Tricia Speas’ Empowerment Coaching services will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of the coaching relationship. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Late payments may incur additional fees and interest.
Scheduling and CancellationsClients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions in advance. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may need to be paid in full. Tricia Speas reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
ConfidentialityAll information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Tricia Speas will not disclose any information about the client to third parties without the client's express permission, except as required by law.
Coaching ProcessTricia Speas will provide coaching sessions via video conferencing or phone. The client is responsible for ensuring that they have suitable technology and internet access for remote coaching sessions. Coaching sessions typically last between 60-90 minutes. The number of sessions required will vary depending on each client's unique needs and goals.
